The staff

CDB "Monolit" has a highly qualified staff. Most of our specialists have been working in the shipbuilding industry for a long time. Our staff  solves the most difficult questions, connected with design of ships, carrying out scientific research woks. 

The specialists of CDB have diplomas of Volzhskaya State Academy of Water Transport, Nizhniy Novgorod State Technical University and State Architectural Design University.

140 specialists work in CDB, three of them are Candidates of Technical Sciences.

Specialists of CDB have a special approach in solving the questions, connected with design. Many specialists have awards. Some specialists have been awarded by the Government for their labour.

 The number of specialists of CDB "Monolit" became laureates of the prize of the Council of Ministers of the USSR in 1990 for working out, construction and putting into operation the composite and floating means for shelf development.

General Director of CDB and the Head of Ship Gear Department became laureates of the State Prize of the RF in 1998 for " working out and putting into operation of a quickly constructed mooring wharf for mooring and supply of large-sized vessels of the Navy and marine transport".
