METAL QUAYS
The quay is designed for mooring of vessels, for passage of heavy transport for loading/unloading works, for transfer from the shore to a vessel of different types of electric power, oil and gas.
The quay can be constructed from several similar metal pontoons (standard set of a quay consists from three pontoons, providing for mooring of ships with displacement up to 5000 t), steel connection bridge with the shore and engineering lines.
Length of the quay from three pontoons (without a bridge), m | about 109 |
Length of a bridge, m | about 18 |
Length of one pontoon, m | 36 |
Breadth of a pontoon, m | 8,2 |
Depth, m | 2,2 |
About 100 pontoons of different types have been built by this project.
QUAY IN TEMRUK TOWN
The quay is designed for mooring of a research ship, Project "Seliger" in the Chirchik Bay (Temruk town). The quay consists from 3 pontoons and a bridge, installed according to a Г-type scheme: main and middle pontoons are along the shore; the root pontoon is with a bridge.
QUAY IN RIGA
QUAY FOR THE BORDER SERVICE OF FSB OF THE RF
The quay is designed on the base of ПМ 61 Project and it serves for mooring of the crafts of the Border Service of FSB the RF. The quay consists from three pontoons, installed along the shore.
FLOATING (DE)MOUNTABLE QUAY
Floating metal (de)mountable quay ПРПП-81, 19670 Project, is designed for construction of the mooring line at the sites. Pontoons, which are light and not big, can be delivered to the site by automopbile transport, by trains, by sea or by planes. The quay can be constructed of different length and breadth, depending from the size of the moored ships. In case of installation of the quay near non-equipped shore, it is connected with the shore by the ramp.
