UNIVERSAL RAMP
Universal ramp (UR) is designed for installation of floating quays to the non-equipped shore if there is no root for providing the passage of the cartepillar and wheeled transport from the pontoon to the shore.
UR is designed as a separate unit of the floating structure and consists from a main pontoon and a special floating spacer, provided for connection of the UR with heavy-weight floating quays.

Universal ramp provides for:
- installation of the semi-heavyweight and heavy-weight quays at the non-equipped shore;
- landing operation from the assault ship;
- carrying out of cargo handling operations by means of pneumatically driven wheeled and caterpillar transport on the main pontoon of the ramp;
- domestic fresh water supply and electric power supply from the shore to the quays.
The main pontoon of the ramp can be used as a ferryboat for delivery of cargo and machinery.
